Friday-thoughts

Catching myself reaching for food-now that I'm making a snapshot of everything that goes down the cake hole-I noticed that the "oops, quick take a photo" moment happens in a different rhythm at different times-
In the morning I'm anticipating taking the photo before I eat, or even prepare a meal...
In the evening I've found that the food may have already been gulped down and I'll have to find a proxy-photo from the Internet to place-hold for the devoured morsel.
My eating becomes more frantic, more desperate later in the day...perhaps due to low energy.
My solution is to buy "Munchable" food to always have at hand at home for mid-day/evening...stuff that's safe to be consumed quickly and in quantity-definitely not cheese, nuts. Ice cream and etc!
I'm also getting the "giant salad" system back on track-huge soothing "volume" based meals at night that rely on lettuce for tremendous bulk.
