Worked on some hyptnosis/meditation last nite before sleeping:
Brought myself down to a suggestible level with breathing, then repeated several times:
"I will eat three meals a day"
and
"I will be aware of why and what I am eating...bulk foods for comfort, smart foods for nutrition"
This blog is a work in progress-it's been on and off as I don't feel motivated, or don't see it working...to that end, I've modified the "blog goal"-something which I could do often I guess-to help better set and achieve some goals.
