Thursday Dinner

Had dinner with just Maya and me.
Besides the cookie, today was great!
According to my weightloss app-if I'm under 2300 calories I should get to 200lbs by August 11.
My strategy at the moment involves three meals per day-with low calorie smart bulk foods (read: salad) in the evening to handle the emotional eating.  Same as when I lost weight the first time.
Snacking is just that-only foods with "zero impact" like vegetables.  Fruit in moderation.  Why the cookie today?  Just proof I guess that I've got some issues with food.  Lesson learned/to be learned there...

Major key here: I drank almost no water today!!
